Lenovo-owned Motorola is all set to launch its newest budget smartphone, the Moto E3 Power, in India. The company has announced that it will be unveiling the Moto E3 Power at an event scheduled for September 19, which will be exclusively available on Flipkart.
The Moto E3 Power features a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is powered by a 1GHz octa-core MediaTek processor. The smartphone offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.
In terms of camera, the Moto E3 Power has an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies. The device supports 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS for connectivity. It also includes a 3,500mAh battery with fast charging support.
The Moto E3 Power launch comes after the recent launch of the Moto G4 Play in India. Priced at Rs 8,999, the Moto G4 Play features a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. The smartphone runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor paired with a 2GB of RAM.
The Moto G4 Play has 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB through a microSD card. The dual-SIM device sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper for selfies. The smartphone is powered by a 2,800mAh battery with support for quick charging and includes 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS as connectivity options.
The Moto E3 Power and Moto G4 Play are both part of Motorola’s budget smartphone lineup and are designed to offer affordable options for consumers looking for high-quality devices at a lower price point. With its fast charging battery and octa-core processor, the Moto E3 Power is poised to be a strong competitor in the budget smartphone market in India.
